The project seeks to achieve two key objectives: reducing sulfur content in diesel, gasoline, and LPG fuels to a maximum of 50 ppm and increasing the refinery’s crude processing capacity from 65,000 to 95,000 barrels per day (BPD), allowing for the processing of heavy crude and conversion of residual products into marketable ones.
