Zohr, an offshore gas field located in the Shorouk area of Egypt, represents the largest discovery of its kind in the Mediterranean. The project aims to replace the temporary Let Down Station, installed in 2015, with permanent pressure reduction facilities at the expansion area of GS. This upgrade is intended to transport gas to the local market and supply the existing Sirte Oil Company (SOC) coastal gas pipeline with an increased capacity of 19.5 MSm3/d of sales gas at a higher pressure of 51 Bar.

The Berri field, situated along the eastern coast of Saudi Arabia, is undergoing expansion through the Berri Increment Program (BIP) to increase its crude production capacity to 500,000 barrels per day (bpd). Initially discovered in 1964, the Berri field commenced crude oil production in 1970, with the Berri gas plant starting operations in 1977. Currently capable of producing 250,000 bpd of Arab Light crude, the field’s expansion program aims to double its crude production capacity through enhanced oil recovery techniques.
